Meditation has many scientifically-proven benefits like stress release, improved immunity, and decreased inflammation. But starting a meditation practice can be intimidating. Before becoming a Chopra certified meditation instructor, I felt the same way, which is why I decided to study Primordial Sound Meditation, or PSM. PSM is an approachable yet effective meditation practice that’s great for beginners and experienced meditators alike.

I specialize in training clients in meditation and helping them to build a meditation practice that fits into their busy lives. As a certified Chopra Meditation Instructor, I aim to equip others with the tools and understanding so they can experience the profound benefits of meditation.

Introduction to Meditation

Learn the basics of meditation, including its origins and the science of meditation. During this session, I will also lead a meditation so you can experience the benefits first-hand.

Intermediate

Complete Meditation Training (w/mantra)

For those looking for a more personalized meditation training program, you can choose the complete meditation training. I will teach the basics of meditation in addition to more advanced topics. As part of this multi-session training program, you will receive your personal mantra based on the time and location of your birth. I will also lead several meditations and provide tips for how to begin and cultivate your own personal meditation practice.

My approach to meditation training is both practical and comprehensive. Primordial Sound Meditation has its origins in Vedic traditions, so to honor and respect the teachers that have passed this knowledge down from generation to generation, I include education on the origins, principles, and science of meditation.
